Encaustic Techniques (Intermediate)
Full day workshops 10am to 3pm cost $98
Demonstration of techniques such as:
• layering and scraping
• building up of texture
• line and edge
• collage
• working 3-Dimensionally
• image transfer
• combining oil and encaustic
• dipping and pouring

Encaustic Experimentation (Studio time)
Evening workshops 6pm to 9pm cost $60

It can be costly to buy the equipment needed to start using encaustics. This studio time is intended to give people the opportunity to experiment with my equipment and materials, to see whether this is a medium they might want to invest in.

These evening workshops are intended to provide unstructured time to explore encaustics as a medium with my supervision and help where needed.

What is included in the workshops?

All the workshops are limited to 4 people to provide proper supervision. The cost includes all materials needed. Each of the day workshops also include individual work time.
